Excellent customer service. They are very busy, so sometimes you have to call a few times or leave a voicemail, but they always get back to you. Bilingual staff, and they are very understanding for immigrants. I never had any issues with billing or staff at all. Dr. Sachs is amazing. ❤️

They don't only give you medical service, they give you an experience. Staff is very friendly and respectful. The clinic is very diverse ( I love that). I'm so glad I found you guys, too bad I didn't find you looong time ago.

I would give it half a star or 0 stars if it was possible. Very unprofessional, they don't take you seriously and always mess up your appointments. They schedule you with a doctor that doesn't work that day. They have attitudes and they always have an issue with their prescriptions.

I love the staff and my doctor. Been going to Dr.Lord since 2011. I live 45 minutes from them and have my disability and Medicare and could go closer to home but I just don't feel like I would get the awesome care and feeling of being cared about as I do at Southside.
