Never answer the phones. When they do answer you get attitude from staff. Wont work with other Dr offices or you in transferring you or your child's medical records. Will screw up on their end...and then blame you. Always a negative experience with the lady at the front desk who is rude. Would NOT recommend.
I would like to share my experience with Physician Assistant Robert Poulard. His professionalism, patience, and thoroughness truly stood out. He took the time to carefully review my records, helped me discover things I didn’t know, and answered so many long-standing questions. He is definitely a jewel at Bertie Rural Health. Never let the title fool you some of the best care I’ve received has come from Physician Assistants, not just MDs. Respectfully. Latrica HInes
I used to say bertie rural health was a great place to go. My doctor took care of your needs and let you have input on what you wanted and what you needed. But now, services are awful. It's not because they are not friendly they just are inefficient in their work practices. Sometimes it take months, yes months to get your prescriptions filled because paperwork is not done correctly or just not done at all and even lost. You call and call only to end up back where you started. This use to be a great place to get your health services but now... Sometime I think they just need to close but so many in our community have nowhere local to go. RURAL HEALTH SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT. Let someone else take over. VERY CONCERED CITIZEN
I'm always calling serval times to get someone to contact Walmart to refill my Mom's prescriptions, before they run out, even after they continue not answering the phone calls, it will take 4-5 calls to get refills added
My experience has been nothing but the best.Dr.Brown is my doctor and I just like her and the staff is always friendly like the one I had today she was a sweetheart. I will keep going back until Dr Brown leaves because she listens to you, understand what you’re going through rather big or small. I went to the emergency because of the rash I received and I wasn’t happy at all. I went to Dr Brown and she gave me a cream that helped right away. Thank you doctor brown for caring so much. If I could give you more stars I would give you 100.😀😀
