Agape is an amazing place and a blessing to the community. The staff is friendly and great at what they do. May God continue to bless you as you provide excellent service to patients. Job well done. Thank you. I've gotten great feedback from my doctor at Agape. I looking forward to my continued patient relationships with the staff there. It warms my heart to experience such good care.
This pharmacy is the best pharmacy. They are so helpful, very kind, and compassionate. My medicine is always on time and I couldn't ask for better customer service. My number one favorite techs are Ronetta and Lindisha. They always greet me with a smile and make my day when I come through. They are the bomb.
The clinic is full of liars and rude staff. First they told me a couple years ago they had mental health services and they just don't. I had to explain Dialectical Behavior Therapy to the "therapist" and supposed "clinician". Then the "clinician" ignored me when I said the medication was making me feel worse. Then yesterday they refuse to give me an appointment before noon today and tell me to get a "walk in" appointment this morning. It seems appointments before noon are only for people over 60 that don't have jobs anymore. AGAPE doesn't care if you work third shift and 4pm for you is really late for you. But apparently there are no "walk in" appointments according to the rude secretary I had to deal with at 8am when they're listed as open. But when I walk in at 8am there's already a whole line of folks. So do you open at 8am like your own website claims or is there some special early opening time to claim all the walk in locations. Now instead of taking five minutes to just write me a new prescription for antibiotics I have to suffer all weekend and hope to God I can get an appointment Monday. But I'm stuck here because it's all I can afford and they know that so they don't care at all about providing any kind of useful services. If you're poor you just have to take their rudeness and hope you get some help.
I LOVE my new Doctor. I was a patient here about 10 years ago before moving away. I was a little bit bummed that Peter was no longer providing services and has now retired, but I was absolutely amazed by the service I received from Dr. Bright. Never have I had anyone to actually listen to me, and not just respond to what I was saying. He heard the things I wasn’t saying, and when he inquired, all I could do was cry and thank him for caring enough to ask. Not only that, but he was able to get me on a regiment of medication that for the first time in forever, I was able to sleep through the night without sleep aids, and my blood pressure has not been elevated in over three days! Thank you, Agape and thank you Dr. Bright.
Agape Pharmacy – Washington, NC Agape Pharmacy has one of the most amazing and dedicated teams I’ve ever encountered. Their consistent care and strong work ethic for the patients they serve is second to none. They don’t just dispense medication, they truly go above and beyond to integrate care with primary care physicians, therapists, and case management to ensure each patient receives complete, coordinated support. Ronetta, in particular, has been outstanding. Her consistency, kindness, and professionalism make every visit welcoming. She ensures that everyone who walks through those doors is treated with genuine respect and compassion. I know because this is my pharmacy of choice! Agape Pharmacy isn’t just a pharmacy, it’s a true partner in community health. Highly recommended!
