I recently started going here for dental services! Little did I know I was in for a Big disappointment 😞 I showed up for my regular cleaning and to my surprise the dentist left the company back in February! No one contacted me or informed me about anything! The front staff claimed they couldn't access his records or anything! This is super un professional!!

The doctor at arms made me feel horrible, i was experiencing chest pains and went in with concerns. The first thing he did was sit down in a chair and sigh heavily as if he didnt want to be there. He told me I was a healthy 30 year old girl and that alls I need to do was walk more. Didnt bother giving me any sort of tests or anything. and even though my feet were swelling and burning did no tests on that either. I weigh alot, in the 300's and felt concerned about my health and the fact that I had trouble breathing and he didnt lift a finger to try and help me. The staff there wasnt much better, I was standing at the window when the lady walked away, I just needed a note for my son for school when i went there to get him his attention deficit pills, she left me standing there even though I told her I needed a note, i must have been standing there atleast 30 to 40 minutes, my boyfriend had to go to work so I had to leave, that was the last time I went there. Now that im going to a different doctor they have actually done tests on me, have determined that I have abnormally small lungs and possibly may have a tendon issue. They helped me with getting an enhailer and are going to look at my heart and help me by getting me diet pills if its not my heart. I wouldnt recomend anyone go here, if you need to bring your kids somewhere, I would bring them to Anson Pediatrics, Dr peters is very nice. Edit: By the way, I lost 150 pounds and im doing much better Edit: I have lost more weight and the doctors are now taking me more serious. The more weight I lose the more they care about my actual health. I have gall bladder issues, chronic bronchitis from many times i have had pnumonia through the years.

Absolutely the worst Establishment ever! (Monroe patient) I was a patient of Dr Perkins for over 25 years. Then they bring in a Dr Gill who wanted to go against everything Perkins ever did. Without knowing me, knowing my chart she wanted to start changing my meds around. Didn't even know why I was on them and didn't ask just assumed she could change them since she was the "doctor". Well they ran her off pretty quick and now have yet another doctor. A Practicing Assistant I believe. I'm not paying for a "practicing" anything!! However now once again since they have a new doctor, I'm supposed to jump through hoops to get my meds because this doctor don't know me. I've been on most of the same meds for years! And I get DENIED meds UNTIL I SEE HER. The excuse was due to past labs. Ok of my past labs were bad ,,WHY HAS IT TAKEN THIS LONG TO LET ME KNOW?!?! And we wonder why they can't keep a doctor?!?! I have had labs lost, dealt with nasty attitudes, threatened and now doing without my medicine because of their lack of being able to keep a doctor!!! Was told I needed refills on ALL my meds, needed meds for my breathing machine. Go to pick up meds, NOTHING WAS CALLED IN, NOTHING!! How irresponsible, rude and indecent of these people to play with my health this way!?! Of course no one knows how to answer a phone to get this resolved!! I'm beyond aggravated, frustrated and past my boiling point with this whole so called establishment! I'm not made of money and can't afford a visit every time they change doctors now. Have spoken with higher ups before just to get a hush hush letter, but nothing ever improves. Not to mention THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET ME KNOW MY DOCTOR WAS RETIRING!!!! Beyond disgusted with this place!

This place is completely I’ll organized. I tried to call 3-4 time in a week to get an appointment for refills of a diabetic medicine. No one would answer me to make an appointment. When I finally did get in touch with some one the next week they just kept saying I would need an appointment, which is perfectly fine but they wouldn’t refill my meds and the first appointment was more than two weeks away. I tried to explain to only be cut off about needed an appointment. Finding a doctors office that takes Medicaid isn’t easy and nothing is near, but do yourself a favor and find anywhere else to go. It might be a struggle but it’s better than people who don’t care.

went to the dentist at ARMS today, it was my first time going in a long time, they were all very nice especially the dentist, i cant remember her name cause i am really bad with names but she was awesome and so nice, she got done allot of what i needed done (had two teeth pulled), my teeth are not great, she told me all that i needed done in a helpful way not a judging way which made me feel a little better cause i already feet bad enough about how bad my teeth are. thank you so much to everyone at ARMS.
