Good luck getting people to actually help you. Apparently, only one sentence, unhelp responses are authorized here.
the new electronic document viewer on NCtracks is unusable. Complete trash and it is making my life harder unnecessarily
DHHS and The Medical Board need to figure out who to complain medical malpractice to. I suffered over a decade of medical neglect/malpractice from the same hospital and when I discovered this last year filed complaint to The Medical Board who said there was nothing they can do and to reach out to NC DHHS to complain about the hospital and when I did they said it's The Medical Board this complaint needs to go to. This is why I am now dependent on medication because the hospital, Atrium Baptist Medical Center, knows they can do whatever they want and don't have to worry about being sued and paying for their damages as long as the person is still alive. Before the new Surgeon General takes office medical care was already not safe. God help us for what's going to happen.
Been trying to cancel for a month and still recovering mail for benefits. Keep being told multiple things about my termination and receiving multiple letters of print out photos of fridges saying god loves me. Extremely unprofessional and annoying to have their religion pushed by mail.
I'm on the line for second time to find out where my kids prescriptions are being filled. I've been on the phone for 20 minutes before the phone rang through to a woman who connected to me on accident. She asked if "are you still there ma'am?" And then placed me on hold for another 4 minutes until asking Why I was calling. Then she through me back to the answering machine. It's been 36 minutes so far
