Everyone from the providers to the person greeting you at the reception desk are SO kind and clearly love both what they do and the patients they serve. The "melting pot" atmosphere is wonderful and I love that as an insured patient, my visits help pay for those of others who cannot afford such excellent health care. NeighborHealth is faith based healthcare and you can feel the difference. The staff members are kind and they work together to provide “wrap around services.” You can come here with or without insurance. They help all people regardless of their ability to pay. This is probably the first time I ever felt comfortable being 100% honest with a medical professional. They use all the same tools: my chart, texts, etc. The biggest difference is their welcoming demeanor. Looking forward to patronizing this healthcare center for years to come.
