I was unable to adequately care for one of their patients who transfered their care to me bacause it was impossible to talk to a live person and no one ever called back. Poor coordination of health care!

I have severe spinal stenosis and arthritis in my neck that "flare's up" a couple of times a year. As soon as it happens I go in to see John, and he is able to get me squared away and back on my feet. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Recommend for all of your PT needs!!

Hotsprings physical therapy has been great helping me recover from a difficult injury. The therapists are friendly, knowledgeable, and really take time during follow ups to ensure I’m progressing in my treatment. Thanks to them I’m steadily recovering and getting my function back. One of the best parts is my sessions are always on time, a rarity these days.
