I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience calling this clinic to ask a basic health question was unacceptable. The front desk receptionist was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism. In a healthcare setting, respectful communication is not optional… it is the standard! Leadership should take a serious look at front desk operations, because interactions like this can deter patients from seeking care.

I have only good things to say about this agency. The staff is professional caring and very understanding. The doctors on the medication management portion are very knowledgeable of my medical needs and have been nothing but helpful. One of my family members sees the primary care doctor their Dr Partridge and she is amazing she has helped our family during the time of need. I recommend this agency to anyone from the front desk staff down to the transportation staff everyone is very professional and courteous.

Good afternoon, my experience is terrible. Today's treatment was horrible. Zero empathy and kindness. I have a girl. The driver is unprofessional. He sees me with the stroller, La Niña's chair, the panalera and even so he gets upset because I don't get in. I don't keep the stroller and apart from that he wants me to sign everything and I close the door. He almost steps on me. That is, who they put to work. ah, at what cost does one have to endure actions like this?

My experience has been positive so far. Very caring professionals that really want to see the clients quality of life improve. Laquanda has made me feel like I’m her only client. She takes time to listen with care and gives me therapeutic feedback. In SAIOP group Fred always keeps everyone involved and it has become a very safe place to share with my peers and he gives the feedback necessary for us to process the lesson for that day. Tyrik is very polite and shows only excellent skill when driving me to group. Mr. Torrey coordinates efficient routes so I’m always home at a good time. I am so happy I was referred here. My overall mental health is improving since connecting with them.
