Some Drs don't listen to families when it contains to there family members when that family member has told them multiple times they dt wont to go back to a situation that's no good for there care and still sends them back
Really really like my new PCP here! Dr. Humbert had been great, treats me like a whole person and not a collection of symptoms. This is my number one priority when seeking a doctor. The office is accessible and I am satisfied.
Dr. Ellores Brailey is absolutely brilliant. I went into the office last week to speak to her, and I left feeling confident in the procedure she would be performing the following week. I went home and told my family that she has a way of making her patients feel seen and CARES like most doctors don’t. And today, during my procedure, while it was uncomfortable physically, I felt so safe and supported throughout the entire experience. She is so knowledgeable and KIND and has this quick whit about her, you can just tell she enjoys her job and does it with passion. If I had a daughter, this would be the only OBGYN I would trust. Dale Fell is lucky to have her
I switched health insurance and this was the only place that took my new insurance, so I made an appointment for a routine test. The nurse told me a bizarre story about a woman who’d had a hysterectomy and miraculously REGREW her uterus and became pregnant in her 50s “because God can perform miracles”. My nurse not believing in science did not make me feel very confident in her care. My Doctor then completely ignored a boundary I stated while performing the test. The lack of professionalism was appalling and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The quality of care here is good, but they don’t treat you like a human and have no empathy or flexibility. Administrative team is disorganized, sometimes rude, and never calls you back/follows through, including the billing department. They’re extremely inflexible and it feels like they look for any small reason to cancel you. There’s only one hygienist, so if you are late, they claim that they don’t have enough time to do the appointment, instead of being flexible and spending a shorter time on something to still get you in. Instead they choose to do god knows what for remainder of your hour-long appointment instead of being helpful. The quality of care and cost is not worth being treated this way for me, so I’ll be finding a new provider.
