I had a very disappointing experience over the phone with Tina who is an LPN. When I asked about having my son’s refills sent to a different pharmacy, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner. As a parent, I was simply trying to ensure my child received the medication he needed, and her attitude made me feel uncomfortable, unsupported and disrespected. My son became sick a few days ago with asthma, which he frequently gets and I was simply asking to have his refills sent to a different pharmacy until I can find him a different doctor. I did not ask for any new medications. He still has refills at the pharmacy but I can no longer get them at that pharmacy. However, from the moment she started talking to me she had a very unprofessional attitude. As someone who works in healthcare myself, that is unacceptable. I have never talked to any of my patients this way or never would I. She said she was going to inform Dr. Jones herself that she “fell short on our interaction”. I do not have a problem with her denying my request, but I do deserve to be talked to in a respectful manner. I respectfully let her know that her tone was coming across as rude, but she showed no concern and did not make any effort to correct her behavior. Healthcare professionals should treat patients and families with respect, professionalism, and understanding. Unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect those standards. I hope this is addressed so other families have a more positive experience. On another note, Dr. Jones is amazing. The care she provides her patients with is outstanding. She was my doctor when I was a child and then she became my son’s doctor as well. I highly recommend Dr. Jones. She treats her patients with compassion and care and for that, I am grateful.

To the owner. My last post you said to call and gave number to get help. I did and left message and it’s been a week and have not heard back from her. I have left numerous messages with Carrie Bova but she does not call back either. I go in office to see her but she not there. I have left 4 messages on portal under billing issues and have only one response since nov. My insurance will not cover the bill with wrong code on it after 3/18/26. Nobody will work with me.

The Docs have have good but some of the folks at the front desks not so much. Do not get blood work done there. I have $2300 dollars of bills from Samaritan lab that my insurance won’t pay because NOCO’s billing company put in the wrong code. Been trying to get this fixed for months and nothing happens. My insurance will pay the bill if the billing company puts in correct code. You can only leave messages to billing company but they don’t return your call. Samaritan has been very patient but insurance will only accept the invoice for 365 day. It’s been over 300 days now

I need to set an appointment with my Primary. It states that you guys are open on line. It is Black Friday. Black Friday is not aI need to set an appointment with my Primary. Black Friday is not a federal holiday And I got told I need to do with that buy Samaritan Hospital within 24 hours of being seen by them got told to call back on Monday. I can’t wait that long due to the fact that I got told from Samaritan to make an appointment with my Primary due to my detached toenail. And to be seen by my Primary, I got told But I was told by one of the employees there that I would have to wait till Monday also smile and samaritan never give me any bandages to actually properly take care of my injury also, Beth Anne Jane did not follow procedures of protocols about diagnosing someone With the Iow iq No specialists was called. No appointment was And that’s how I knew it is a Primary Care Doctor cannot Someone with a low iq without Being in contact with specialists that deal with this and she still put it on my medical record shortly after I told her that I have high function autism and would like that misdiagnosed to be removed off of my medical record Procedures and protocols was not followed completely I already called the number you provided and the person was supposed to be back in the office late November it’s December 1st stop playing games with me please was on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for 20 minutes

Would go a 2.5 star only for the physical side of things they do very well with making sure physically patients are feeling well. If you are coming here for mental health STEER FAR FROM IT. I have went here 3-4 times in the past 3-4 months for MENTAL HEALTH I’ve told my PCP multiple times my depression and anxiety along with insomnia were getting worse. They assessed me and found my scores were extremely high and I was definitely positive for all of them. I told her what was going on the anxiety would work its way into panic attacks, sweating ,nausea and vomiting. She asked me if there was some agitation, I told her yes I would get irritated pretty fast but it wasn’t as bad as the anxiety depression or insomnia. So she started me with hydroxyzine FOR ANXIETY/AGITATION (remember anxiety) along with trazodone for sleep. As well as gave me some references to a few therapy places around as well as psychiatric for medication. I didn’t think nothing of it but I went home and started taking them regularly as prescribed. As time went on within a week or two my depression and anxiety were at their worst constant vomiting nausea and I was to the point I couldn’t get out of bed. So I checked into the ER and told them everything going on they physically got me feeling great but mentally I still obviously wasn’t great. So after about waiting 3 weeks for my next appointment with my PCP which is insane when taking new medication. I said this is enough something needs to happen now so I called and had my appointment moved ASAP. They ended up moving it pretty quickly to a very soon date with my PCP. I then got in and told her my depression and anxiety as long as insomnia are at the worst and none of these medications are working and the wait list for psychiatric doctors is very long. if anything it probably made it even worse so I did research and they were both sedatives SMH. She then did another assessment and found that my scores have definitely increased. So instead of doing something she then tells me all they are going to do is discontinue all my medication and told me my hydroxyzine was for the agitation. Why when I tell you my anxiety and depression are worse you prescribe it for agitation mainly when on the bottle it says for anxiety/agitation. Then she tells me to “plug it out” until I can get with a doctor for medication which is months wait. So I left there stuck and feeling absolutely hopeless and like honestly she just didn’t believe me. I then went home and researched and have now got myself in within 1 day so everything through north country was a complete waste of time in my eyes and if they would’ve told me I could go online and get with a phych sooner I would’ve. My first problem is why wouldn’t she refer me to the therapists or psychiatrist doctors at north county ! Second She didn’t give me any other options and pretty much told me “stick it out” when I have a JOB I can’t just stick it out when I am clinically depressed my girlfriend gets ALL of her medication through her PCP doctor there was absolutely 0 reason she couldn’t do more. If she didn’t feel safe or comfortable prescribing me medication not knowing what it would do she shouldn’t be able to do it in the first place. the mental health side of north country as a whole is a joke and PCP doctors should be able to help ALOT more than what they say. When I first went in patient at 14 after I got out they immediately put me in with a therapist and psychiatric doctor THROUGH NORTH COUNTRY. There was 0 reason not to help and it’s honestly sad you guys don’t care enough!!!
