Got there at 7am and stood in line in the freezing cold and waited for the doors to open at 745am knowing its 1st come 1st serve basis and only take 8 dental emergency patients for the day and I luckily got the last clipboard for the day #8 til some older Asian woman was literally trying to snatch the clipboard from my hand that the receptionist gave to me and I told this woman that she wasn't there before me and this was my clipboard and I needed to get an infected tooth pulled out been dealing with pain since October and couldn't get into my regular dentist til end of February so it was my 2nd time at Syracuse community health center got antibiotics and pain meds 1st time came back 6 days later and got seen 😀 IF u need emergency help get there early enough to be seen stand in line at the old building and hopefully ur seen like i said they take 8 patients a day so be prepared to get there by at least 630am if u need emergency dental care if not be prepared to not be seen or come back another day it's ben 1 day mouth is sore and jaw but starting to feel better and I TY SCHC for my relief 😀 😊

Maybe if the CEO didn't pay himself over 300k a year they could afford to have a person to answer the phone. They're a "non profit" that takes our taxes and uses it to line the pockets of the board of directors instead of having a working phone line. Apparently the hack is to spam 0 and they'll eventually be forced to pick up instead of sending you to a voicemail they have no intention of ever returning. though I haven't tried this hack because I've given up with them.

I showed up this afternoon around 1 PM. For an emergency that obviously I couldn’t control, the back of my tooth cracked off down to the pulp and is leaving me in significant pain, it’s a significant chunk of missing tooth. No other dental office was accepting new patients, and my dental office was completely closed for the day for some unknown reason, on top of that the emergency dental clinics I called do not take any insurance whatsoever, it’s out of pocket. So I had no choice but to try and come here to solve this situation because of said pain. I also can’t eat on the other side of my mouth since I’m waiting for another procedure to have a crown post rebuilt at the end of this month. The point is, this is a walk-in dental clinic, but when I walked in, I was told there were no more appointments for the day. I made it clear that I couldn’t eat on either side of my mouth and I was just told make an appointment for Monday because they have them open. I needed help then, right in that moment. And I was turned away. What is the point of being a walk-in clinic, if you only have a certain amount of appointments for a day? Emergency happen at any time, and when people need help and they can’t it, that just doesn’t look good. Do better SCH, way better.

Plz don’t not home here they ruined my daughter life they give her the wrong vaccines when she was young and cause her to have autism and when I want to get her record for it a week later and they just said that they don’t have anything on file as a father. I started to panic because I already felt that this hospital. It’s not what I recommend for my daughter and every time I tell her doctor not to give her vaccine she forced it and says she needs it. I have tried to talk to Lawyer about it, but have not gotten nowhere. I do not want any other parent to go through what I went through this hospital should not be open to the public diagnose. How many other kids this happened to already? Please do not let them inject your loved ones with any vaccine do your research. A lot of of this vaccines are causing delays in our loved ones or even worse. This vaccines have caused a lot of pain through a lot of families and it is not getting enough attention something has to be done about these hospitals and these vaccines. I hope my message reaches out people And I hope it will benefit you

Syracuse Community Health is a place where compassionate yet highly skilled health and medical professionals combine their expertise to give people a great care for their health and wellbeing. The infrastructure is top notch and the environment is serene. You’d almost think it’s a 5-star hospitality resort. I greatly appreciate the investment in this place. Feel free to schedule an appointment with the team and come ready with your identification.
