Paul is the absolute best when it comes to his work!! Very smart very talented he knows what he is doing! As to the front receptionist chyna and the Hispanic girl with glasses I believe her name starts with an M they have the worst attitude and customer service EVERR very unprofessional clearly lack experience.

Definitely try and schedule with Dr. Paul Wertenteil You would love this guy! He is extremely passionate about his work and truly cares. He does not rush his work. You can tell by the end result that he puts 100% into everything he does. I promise no disappointments. Great work!

Everything is broken into separate appointments; x-rays, cleaning, treatment. RANT - My appointment for cleaning was postponed due to my high blood pressure, but they used a wrist monitor then had me walk to the other side to use the arm monitor within 5 minutes. Once I got home I tested using my arm monitor I was normal. And no, I don't have white coat syndrome. END RANT. My questions about future treatment and my current dental habits were answered to my satisfaction. On-street parking without fee. S44 bus.

Please please please get rid of the whole front desk staff!! They have horrible attitudes and constantly hang up on people. They even shut the phone off!!! This is sad because people are in pain and they’re ignoring them. Last time I went to that office (almost a year ago) I saw them ignoring the phone and they were speaking very wrongly in Spanish about a dark skinned woman. I am going to call and write a letter to their headquarters. Get rid of these horrible nasty women!!!

I called 1/27/20 to make an appointment for me and my daughter and was informed to go to the one all the way on bay street to be there at 9:15 for 1/28/20. As instructed I arrived here today with my daughter at 9:02 only for them to be closed mind you I’m standing outside with my child in 37 degrees weather . Whose a known asthmatic. I called their office multiple times only to get know answer. I then proceeded to go to the other side of where the health care center was only for them to tell me they would reschedule in call me back. No one has called me back or answered their phones or even cared I was waiting outside with my child or that I spent money on a cab I didn’t have
