I recently left a review but decided to revise it. I’d like to offer some constructive feedback: when a customer is trying to do something kind or offer something, it would be nice to feel that it’s appreciated. A bit more courtesy and professionalism from the staff would go a long way. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve visited and felt unwelcome, which is why I felt it was important to share my experience.
I am a new patient at the other location at 2031 Forest ave. So far I've had a good experience making appointmentments, checking in is quick with minimal wait time and my doctor is nice and knowledgeable.
I used to come here with my children years ago, and they used to be great now I think they’re terrible. Calling for an appointment has been horrible, (only this month they’ve been answering) no one picks up you leave a message no one responds until days later. Some at the front desk can be catty. I have co payments , I pay and still get a bill saying I didn’t pay. Leaving a message for the doctor is just like you never called. I have an NP, very nice but she gave me referrals to other doctors who asked me why am I here and why was I sent. Basically a waste of time. The offices are clean, my children’s pediatrician down the block is great and you’re seen fast at both places, But the overall quality of this place could be better like it was 5 years ago. Most if the staff is nice.
I wish I could give them 5 stars as they're the best option in the area. Doctor's are usually great but office staff is terrible. Not impolite but they've lost documents, mismanaged schedules, gave misinformation etc. Idk if it's their operating systems or they're understaffed or what but they need to do better. Again, not unfriendly but they need better management
(For near to national grid) 3 star just because no reason long wait time even no many people waiting in office didn’t call you to in side I don’t know the looks free most tome bit service is very very slow expect if you go by time very bad weather day line rain or really in hot days in afternoon then the take 15 minutes to call you inside doctors is very good and take care of you
