From the very first appointment, he made me feel comfortable, listened to all of my concerns, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. His professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion made a huge difference during such an important time in my life. I’m very grateful for the care and support I received and would highly recommend Dr. Shah to any expecting mother looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Zero stars warranted. First off, they have the worst answering service possible. One month of calls, emails, care manager calling, and not 1 return phone call to have referalls sent. ( seen by a dentist told again, surgery but not sending referal) Secondly, you can't even get any care for 6 months. My son was examined and they couldn't even do anything til July. That was in January. Third, charging insurance for services not rendered which is FRAUD.( yes, I reported) Fourth, advertising and false promise of services but NO ORAL SURGEON IS THERE! NOT ONE ! They tell you to go to Rochester, NY. All of this combined is medical neglect to patients in need of medical assistance. Dental infections of wisdom teeth can cause meningitis and sepsis. Do not go here! Do not entrust them with your body in any way shape or form.

I am not one to complain about a medical group however I was referred to this hometown Dental for a tooth pulling nothing more. When I got there I was accepting the front staff would be friendly and considerate to there patients . THAT'S not what me and my wife got at all instead they were rude and talked to one another about other patients like me and my wife wanted to hear about it. My appointment was at 1:30pm and we waited in the waiting room for one hour and thirty minutes before being seen . Once I got in the back a red headed nurse assistant insisted on cleaning my teeth taking X-rays when I had all that done by my. Own dentist a month prior to this appointment . CLAIMING THEY DON'T ACCEPT OTHER Dentists XRAY MONEY MAKING ON THEIR PART!!!!!! they also informed me they could not pull my tooth after telling me they could once I had them clean my teeth again MONEY MAKING !!! The woman who cleaned my teeth she was rough bed side manner was horrible infact they all there were horrible ! I would not recommend or send my worse enemy there DO YOURSELF A FAVOR Don't GO HERE oh by the way they couldn't schedule my tooth pull until October 2026and I went there Dec 2025 ! DO YOUR OWN MATH!!!!!!

I always feel so welcomed by the front desk staff, whether I have an appointment or not. They consistently go the extra mile to fit me in so I can see Dr. Kathryn. She is very kind, takes time to explain everything in a way I can understand, and I always leave feeling well cared for.

Edit: I received a phone call yesterday from the dentist office and they were able to fit me in for xrays and a cleaning today. I had to bring my 2 young children and they were very accommodating. I seriously appreciate them fitting me in before I give birth. The dental hygienist was very sweet and the dentist was a really good guy. Thank you again for being able to squeeze me in. Not very pleased right now. I'm 38 weeks pregnant, had an appt this morning that I had to make months ago after being on the waiting list forever. If I could have scheduled it further away from my due date.... I absolutely would have. I go in, the receptionist is kind of rude. Whatever, it's early I get it. I go back and get told that my appt has been misbooked as an urgent care instead of a first time patient/cleaning appt. I have to reschedule. Their new patient appts are in May 2026. I really just wanted to get my teeth cleaned before having this baby. Very very frustrating, especially since the dentist says this had been happening to a lot of people.
