Dr. Takmil & The Dental Assistant Jessica are legitimately the epitome of perfection. Not only was I greeted with a smile, I was also provided with prompt service and resolution to my problem. I never felt more welcomed in my life. Open Door these two deserve recognition not only for the service provided today. These two could teach a masterclass in service. Once again thank you for everything!
This place is totally dad unfriendly. If you are a happy couple, and you have a dad who wants to experience all of the beautiful moments of their child’s creation then do not come here. This place made me, the father, sit outside in the lobby and told me I am not allowed in the back to hear my baby’s heartbeat. When my wife brought it up to the staff that I am present and would like to hear it they told her “don’t worry he’ll hear it for hours during labor”. If you’re a mother with no man in your life this place is perfect. If you are a happy family trying to experience the beauty of growing a child together do not go here.
Had a great experience with Dr. Patel & Dental Assistant Sarita, they were a joy to talk to— very friendly, attentive and professional throughout my dental procedure. The entire visit was handled with the utmost care and professionalism including the receptionist while checking in. Highly recommend their office for anyone looking for a comfortable and positive dental experience. They speak Spanish & English. Advise you to get there 15 -20 mins early. Thank you Open Door Dental!
First time patient! I was seen quickly and all the staff were helpful and friendly. I saw NP Jessica and she was patient, professional and friendly.
Absolutely horrible place. HORRIBLE. I went to the eye doctor which was located upstairs, I arrived to my appointment early yet there was a huge line of people just standing in the hallway. I knocked on a door which a young lady was sitting in the door was wide open, I asked her where I could register for my appointment and this little lady gave me the dirtiest look and rolled her eyes. I brushed it off and just stood outside along with the other dozen of people waiting, that’s when another grown woman walks past me to go into the room i knocked on, and she said “I cannot stand these people”, the other one says “Oh my god I know, I had one knock my door to ask me about registration like there’s a sign”, then these unprofessional women start going on and on about how annoying all the people waiting were, even DESCRIBING THEM. The sign was a printer paper so ghetto taped onto the wall which was covered because of the dozen of people that were waiting in your tiny unprofessional hallway. Then the lady that had said “I cannot stand these people”. Called my name and was all high pitched calling me sweetie, i’m not your sweetie you disrespectful biggie. I’m not sure what her name was but she’s the nurse that checks on people before they go to the actual doctor which was a very kind asian man by the name of Dr. Chao. Based on my horrible experience and hearing all of the disgusting things those two hispanic spanish speaking nurses had to say was so horrible. As a LATINA MYSELF, I felt so disappointed hearing these two ladies speak of people with the door wide open cackling. absolutely disgusting. I hope you read this and remind yourself to save your horrible words about the people that are the reason YOU GET PAID. Save those words for when you’re tucking yourself to bed, NOT with the door wide open with people in the hallway listening.
