This was such a positive experience! The pediatrician Dr Benum is extremely knowledgeable and offers practical, thoughtful advice. He is calm, respectful, and genuinely great with kids, which made my child feel at ease. Nurse Adrianna was warm, attentive, and very kind. The entire visit felt organized, professional, and child-friendly. This visit included my son’s first set of vaccines, and the doctor and nurse handled it with such professionalism and warmth that we left feeling reassured and positive.
They take swabs and tests and say they will call and let you know the results. I have called them 3 times asking for the doctor to call back each time they say someone will and no one does. I logged into the portal in an attempt to read the results myself and saw that no doctor ever reviewed them, 1 of which was months prior. This is a failure of basic medical care if you just want a prescription this is the place but if you are looking for a real doctor stay far away
READ: My 6 month baby got terribly sick on Friday night they aren't open Sunday so I called in Monday for an appointment and they didn't wanna give me any appointment cuz I didn't call in right in the mornings they only gave me the next day afternoon. Finally I arrived to the appointment they absolutely didn't wanna give me his primary doctor they gave me a doctor a shoe maker with zero experience!!! He didn't wanna take any swabs to test what's going on! With no other choice I just went over that night to the local urgent care and got back the results the next day positive for multiple viruses but they told me to send the results over to his refuah doc to send him medication but there was no one to talk to 6:01 pm all doctors were gone and the secretary refused to have a doctor call me back. I we were left waiting with a misrible sick baby with no support of his doctor where we are their clients for many years but this was the last time we used them The problem is that they see they have a 2 star review and for some reason they still haven't try to improve their service. They're here for their money not for you!!!💔❤️🩹👶🚑🤑
Had an appointment for 12:00 and at 1:15 I still haven't been seeing yet. My wife had an appointment and this medical center couple of weeks back and she got in 4 minutes later and they told her that she has to reschedule because she's late. Unfortunately Refuah things that they can just do whatever they want because they own most of the medical centers here in this area. Let's hope when the new Ahavah medical center will come into town and we'll crush them
Let's start with a quote directly from Refuah Health's website: "Our seamless coordinated care is fast and efficient, allowing our Members to focus less on their healthcare and more on their lives." This has absolutely not been the case with my (a members) healthcare in dealing with Refuah. There is nothing "coordinated" about their level of care. Doctors, providers, nurses etc do not coordinate with each other, leaving the patient to have to describe, in an endless loop, every detail with every interaction at every step of the proccess of extracting "care". a) It is impossible to get a call back from Refuah, unless you call patient services. And even then, their response is certainly not seamless or fast. (I even left a message for the executive director - Chanie Sternberg. But apparantly she is too busy to provide a "seamless coordinated....fast and efficient" service, so I did not get a call back). b) Their phone tree is designed to keep you away, i've called multiple times, left multiple messages, pleaded and begged for a call back. But alas, they seem not to provide this basic level of service. They appear also to have outsoruced their call center offshore, with customer service reps making promises they can't keep (for call backs) or simply don't understand. c) It appears that Refuah wants to compel the patient to make appointments (for whatever reason) rather than provide the most BASIC level of care that can be resolved with simple communication. The reason I am leaving two stars instead of one, is that this disfunction seems to be at the admin level, rather on the Doctor, primary care level. Some of the providers at the clinic are in fact exceptional, but the red-tape, bulk overwhelm, disfuncation appears to hinder the level of care they ought to provide. Another website quote: "We recognize that healthcare is personal — each of our Members has their own story and is on their own medical journey." My ongoing journey with Refuah is one of deep dissatisfaction, frustration and unresolved issues that linger beyond this review. I hope, for the sake of the community they serve, Refuah takes note and does better.
