Please save yourself time and do not go here under any circumstances. They don’t return voice messages, they don’t pick up phones..Our phone appointment was at 2pm and at 2:30 we were told that they will get there when they will get there… and no time was given. They DO NOT honor appointments AT ALL! So if you have a job / a meeting, well too bad!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! Yet, they “have to” have a monthly appointment so they would continue prescribing medication and essentially charging you! Why would anyone want this type of monthly torture. They can’t handle returning phone calls.

The care the entire Monsey Health team has provided for me during my pregnancy was unmatched. From the front desk to the NP/DR were amazing. Between the flexible scheduling, the care and concern for me and my baby, never feeling rushed at my appointments and really feeling heard. Flory Angeles and Shaina Rosenwasser were awesome caregivers during my appointments, they both really made me feel at ease, comfortable and confident. The staff did their best to avoid a c-section, but at the end of the day, the safety of me and my baby were top priority. Dr. Guavara was nothing short of amazing. She delivered my baby by performing my c-section with such expertise, kindness and compassion. She also made the prettiest C-section incision I’ve seen. She made a scary operation such peaceful experience. She even came in to the hospital on her day off, in a snow storm, to make sure I was okay post op. 10/10 experience.
