Let me share you experience I had: I came 5 minutes late to my dental appointment, and I was told that I they can't give me anesthesia cause they don't have time! They fixed a cavity without any anesthesia and tons of attitude. The ob department is even worse. I came for An emergency appointment when my baby was 3 days old. They left me wait two hours!!! while letting in none urgent patients before me Saying that all of them are in labor! interesting because most of them didn't even seem to be pregnant... I'm not seeing that place anymore and I won't suggest anyone to do so.
Please care for yourself and choose a better OB. They completely downplayed my symptoms and were very not supportive during delivery. The complete opposite of gentle in my most vulnerable moments. They do have some good doctors, but you never know who will be on call when you deliver.
I am writing to share my recent experience at Aizer Health Center's OB department. While I found the facility to be clean and well-maintained, I was disappointed with several aspects of my visit. Specifically, I found the staff to be consistently unfriendly, which negatively impacted my overall experience. Additionally, the wait times were considerably longer than expected, leading to a sense of being rushed when I finally saw a medical professional. I felt that my concerns were not adequately heard or addressed, and I was treated more as a number than an individual patient. During my delivery, I felt that the staff was not attentive to my needs. I sincerely hope this feedback is helpful in your efforts to improve the patient experience at Aizer Health Center. Enhancing staff attentiveness and reducing wait times could significantly contribute to a more positive and patient-focused environment.
I had an amazing experience! With all the staff, from downstairs to the woman's health department they were all so nice and caring!!! I was a bit nervous before, but afterwards I felt much calmer!!!
I had an appointment. I came in on time. Then after waiting, they sent me away because the doctor had to go away. So I asked the front desk why they let me wait and why no one called me to cancel the appointment. They answered that it was the system...... So I asked when I can reschedule the appointment. They told me you need to call in by phone only. The waiting time by phone is very very long, and if someone gets through, the only answer is that no appointments are available in the near future. They can put my name on the cancellation list. And they've been playing around already for months."
