I'm on my second primary provider in this office and am looking for a new one in another practice. The incompetency is mind blowing. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing and nobody cares. This is the 2nd time I've waited over 2 months for a referral. Are you kidding me?? I've never seen anything like it. When you call, they pass the buck, nobody takes ownership and there's no sense of urgency. No escalation. And please. Don't even get me started on Dr. Lukawski. How is he allowed to treat patients? He doesn't listen, put me on a new med without even talking to me about it, and I don't want to hear, "well, he's a good doctor" one more time because 1. He isn't. 2. Even if he was, so?? That excuses his terrible behaviour?? I don't think so. I should have known, however, when his nurse said, "I don't know much but I know how to take blood pressure." Right.

My wife was discharged from this practice after Dr. Zbigniew Lukawski was rude and yelled at my disabled wife. I was mortified by how Dr. Lukawski treated my wife. I left two complaints on two separate voicemails one for the practice manager at the Moravia Office and one with their administrative office. Neither complaint has been addressed nearly three months later.

Have had many perscriptions sent to this office from Moravia through the mail. Then they send it through the mail to my drugstore to be filled and delivered. So many times they cant account for where my perscription has disapeared to!!! So I end up going without my daily med until it is redone. This med keeps me from losing my sight and passing out from a brain tumor. So discouraging!!!!!! Where do these perscriptions disapear to, huh?!!!!
