Dr Lauren has changed my life! She actually listens and cuts to the chase when getting you diagnosed and treated. Brenda is also the absolute best! Between these 2 women at your office, I have and am healing so much! I can't praise them enough!!
The staff is amazing n the Dr always goes above and beyond to ensure my family is well taken care of. She is reliable n trusting. I could never find any Dr in Hornell that is as amazing as Dr. T
Terrible experiences here. Extremely LONG wait time between necessary appointments. Unfortunate Dr / patient relationships, or lack of! Patient concerns dismissed and made ligh of. All around HORRIBLE
The practitioners in this office seem to be more concerned with getting patients in for office visits ($$), than the health or care of their patients. There is a major disconnect between the people answering the phones, the nurses, and practitioners in this office. You will often get a different answer, depending on who you speak to. Every single nurse I have spoken to or seen in the last year has been confused about protocol and most times, rude. The only nurse who seemed to care at all was Chandra, who I spoke to over the phone. Every experience I have had with this office recently has left me feeling extremely disheartened.
The staff is mostly nice. They work hard to squeeze your kids in when they need to be seen. However, I only would recommend 2 of the doctors and probably 2 of the nurses between all facilities. All of my after hour call experiences have been awful. Doctors are rude and usually dismiss your call as if it were not needed.Twice now I have been rejected for a visit because the Doctor overreacted and referred me to the ER. Even the ER provider said, why did they send you here? Once my daughter had a bug and just needed a nausea pill. Most recently the on call doctor told me to schedule an appointment with office in the morning. When I called the next morning, that doctor insisted I needed an ultrasound immediately and to go to the ER. When I checked in with Noyes they asked why I was there. I explicitly told them my doctor wanted an ultrasound immediately and said it couldn't wait for an appointment. Noyes checked me in and I waited 5 hrs for the doctor to come in and explain they don't do them as and ER visit, they are appointments only due to no techs being there. The person at registration couldn't tell me that and save me time and a copay?
