The most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever been to the receptionist don’t do nothing but sit on their butts in front of the damn computers don’t answer the phones even when you have an appointment to verify your appointment they refuse to answer the phone looking for another doctors office, I would refer getting another doctor or office Road is not the one.

It is with a heavy heart leaving only a 2 star review. I have been attending this OBGYN office for about 4 years and the experience and staff in office are amazing. The call center however, has always been an awful experience. I had to speak to 3 separate representatives before finally reaching José, the supervisor who is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable, not condescending at all which is nice from a man in women’s health. 2 separate representatives when i called 2 separate times weren’t able to book my appointment correctly and neither didn’t forward me to a triage when I am familiar with healthcare and knew that should have been done. Luckily when I called a 3rd time I spoke to Jose which seamlessly amended the situation. JRCHC really needs to prioritize its operations in terms of representatives. Your best bet when calling is immediately requesting a supervisor. Had it not been for the awesome in office experience these past few years, I would have easily searched for another provider due to the call center.

In-person communication is awful, and the wait at the pharmacy is excessive. Deliveries arrive unexpectedly because they never tell you the day or time; they only call when they're minutes away from your house, or they don't show up at all. They never answer the phone. I can continue, I just don't have time.👎

Horrible , my daughter went to get a flu shot and her yearly check up , I try holding my daughter the nurse pokes her with the needle obviously, she’s a kid she’s squeamish. She’s gonna try move. She pokes her little bit then moves back because my daughter‘s moving ask me. Do you want somebody else to hold her? I said sure if they can hold her down better than I could for her to get this shot then no problem she proceeds to bring in another nurse. Another lady, the lady tries to hold my daughter so she can get the shot done the first nurse pokes her again, but actually pokes her this time deep in her skin then because my daughter starts moving she pulls it out freaks out says no no I can’t do this. She’s moving too much needles are sharp I don’t wanna cut her leaves, My daughter bleeding doesn’t bother to clean it up and put the Band-Aid on it and instead she hands me the Band-Aid and walks out both of the nurses.. this place has gone to shit
