Hi, Thanks for leveling me with email and sending me voicemails with reminder to schedule annual check up. I tried to schedule an appointment last year around August,2025 and unfortunately, the person at the call line receptionist I presume was very rude and unhelpful to schedule an appointment for me and my wife. It was a woman, She couldn’t help us getting a closer appointment dates and was very dismissive. Prior to that I already had an existing appointment with Jessica Nugyen who unfortunately had left the practice and your department failed to have me scheduled another appointment closer to dates with a different doctor. It was very disappointing and unpleasant. And I had to participate in different clinic. So, I am all good for now, thank you for your concern. Have a wonderful day!
READ BEFORE SCHEDULING WITH THEM!!!! Wish I could leave no stars. I am filing this formal complaint regarding the care (or lack thereof) and professional conduct I have received from Dr. Bharti and her staff since I have been seeing her for over a year but mainly since November 2025. This pattern of behavior has caused significant mental stress, financial loss due to missed work, and has directly threatened my employment. Since November 2025, I have attempted to have FMLA paperwork completed by Dr. Bharti’s office to secure my job during a medical leave. My employer’s administrator, Sedgwick, has sent these forms multiple times and made numerous calls to the office. I have also called repeatedly. Despite three separate claims being opened, the office failed to return the paperwork, resulting in all three claims being denied. Not to mention I tried multiple times last year to get her to fill this paper work out as well & she did the same thing until I just gave up. After months of being told the office was booked, I secured an 8:00 AM cancellation specifically to complete this paperwork. I arrived at 8:05 AM and witnessed the provider entering the building at the same time. I was not called back until 8:38 AM.During the appointment, the nurse and doctor refused to discuss the paperwork or my bariatric referral until a urine sample was provided, causing an unnecessary 1-hour delay while I waited in the lobby. • Hostile Environment: The nurse here always has a nasty attitude (literally every appointment I have had she has been rude), always interrupts, always huffs and puffs at you & rolls her eyes at you. When I attempted to provide the digital forms (as the office previously stated they had no email for me to send them to & “didn’t have them”), the nurse became verbally aggressive. She huffed, slapped her arms down, and shouted, "OMG come on Rebecca, you’re supposed to have this already." She then snatched my personal cell phone out of my hand without my consent to type in an email address. • Refusal of Service: At 10:20 AM, after waiting over two hours, I was told the doctor would not complete the paperwork because she was "too busy," despite me stating this was the primary purpose of the visit and that the deadline for my job security was that day. 3. Inconsistent Medical Advice and Safety Concerns During this visit, Dr. Bharti stated that my previous labs showed high white blood cell counts and improper kidney function that "should not be ignored." However, during the follow-up for those specific labs in October 2025, she explicitly told me the results were "normal" and "not a cause for concern” & the only abnormality was a vitamin d deficiency, despite my expressed anxiety over the results & only ordered more lab work because I demanded it & I have her own chart notes stating this to prove it. She also failed to tell me I had fatty liver disease & needed further testing for that, even tho she knew about this bc she put it in my chart from that day & I just found out about that today when looking through my chart notes she added. She also did not document the high white cell blood count from the lab results to my chart either. She also stated on my chart that I got a vaccine on October 10th but I did not. I got 2 vaccine’s on 12/05/25 & those are the only vaccine I’ve had in years. I didn’t know she billed me for the vaccine until I saw it on the charts & checked my medical claims & saw she billed me for it & it was charged on my claim(see photos for evidence of all of this info). She also said that I told her that me taking Spironolactone was why my kidneys weren’t functioning correctly but I did not say that. That conversation never happened. This inconsistency is a direct failure in clear patient communication and medical oversight. Conclusion The office's refusal to provide documentation, the staff's physical and verbal aggression, and the conflicting medical advice have created a hostile and unsafe environment. I am requesting a formal investigation into the administrative practices of this office.
Used to come here years ago and wasn't too crazy about my doctor's but they were decent. Made an appointment two months ago to come in for a regular checkup. They waited until today, the day before my appointment (Jan 16th), to call me and cancel due to the person they put me with not taking new patients! I figured they would get me in as soon as possible since this was a mistake made on their end- nope. They said to call back every day to see if I can get in any sooner than the date APRIL 28TH. I could understand if they had reached out any other day than the last two before the appointment they made me.
Took a family member in today to help translate. Negative stars for this location if it were possible. Receptionist on the 2nd floor is extremely disrespectful. They were conversing with colleagues just fine but when interacting with patients checking in, they were rude (experienced first hand and observed while in the waiting area by reception). Looking at prior reviews this seems to be a common issue with no updates or changes expected from management. Recommended family member different office for future appointments.
So disrespectful. I call to make appointment and 85% of the time no one picks up. If they do pick up after 15-20 minutes waiting, they act like they are helping and puts you on hold and hangs up on you after 8-10 minutes. This happened to me 8 different times so I finally am going to a different office.
