I will not be using the doctor from here. Beware someone calls me and say my insurance isn’t working which I know it is because I just used it yesterday and a few hours ago. Then when I check on my app it’s working. She says I can give my social security number and she check that way. No way would I have ever done that. I tell her my nurse will call her and I ask her name she says Dee how unprofessional of her to give me her street name and not her name as I asked this is business. Soon as I hang up to call my nurse she calls back and say she refreshed her screen and it’s showing as active now. Dee please don’t try and scam me I’ll call the state on your office you unprofessional and don’t even know how to speak. Never told me the date and time of the appointment. I’ll be canceling I want nothing from this place thanks but no thanks. And you better not call me cause you know who this is! Have you boss call me

My parents had scheduled appointments at 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM. At the last minute, both appointments were changed to 1:45 PM without any prior notice because Dr. Valry leaves early on Fridays. This information was never communicated ahead of time. They arrived at the front desk at 2pm and were refused service entirely, despite having confirmed appointments. No one took responsibility, no apology was offered, and no effort was made to resolve the situation.This office routinely keeps patients waiting over an hour past their scheduled appointment time and treats people like numbers just to meet a quota. Patients’ time, especially seniors’, is clearly not respected. If you value professionalism, communication, and basic respect, do not go to Lasante Health Center.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zara Chaudhary! She did an excellent job with my dental crown! The process was smooth, professional, and painless. She was so calm and gentle and explained it all so well. The entire LaSante Health Center was also fantastic! It was all so clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was great! I highly recommend Dr. Zara Chaudhary and LaSante to anyone looking for top-quality dental care in a great environment!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience with Dr. Zibak because she truly deserves recognition for how wonderful she is. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff greeted me kindly and made me feel at ease. The office itself is spotless, bright, and welcoming — not the typical cold dental environment you might expect. Dr. Zibak was incredibly gentle and professional throughout my cleaning and exam. She explained everything before she began, which really helped ease my nerves. I have sensitive gums, so I was worried about discomfort, but she worked carefully and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. She used modern tools and techniques, and I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. By the end, my teeth felt cleaner than they ever have after a dental visit. What stood out the most was how much time she took to educate me. She didn’t rush through the appointment at all — she explained areas I should focus on when brushing and gave realistic tips to improve my oral care routine at home. I could tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ long-term dental health, not just getting them in and out quickly. I’ve since been back for follow-up visits and had the same great experience every time. The staff remembers me by name, and there’s always a calm, positive energy in the office. I’ve even recommended Dr. Zibak to a few friends and family members, and they’ve all had great experiences too. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s kind, patient, highly skilled, and truly cares about her patients, I can’t recommend Dr. Zibak enough. She makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience — something I never thought I’d say!”

This rating is solely from my Dental experience. The actual facility is decent and the staff is very polite and friendly. However; my dentist, Farha Zibak, was an absolute nightmare. I came in for a cleaning and x-rays. Zibak began my cleaning and was using an ultrasonic scaler I believe, the high pressure waterpik looking thing with a long metal tip. She just shoved the tool in between my teeth and cut up my gums so much I started bleeding. This has never happened to me before during a cleaning. As she was shoving this sharp metal tool in my gums, her and the assistant were talking about how they were tired and needed coffee, complaining that she had 3 more hours. Not something I want to hear when she is doing work on my teeth. I kept jumping during the cleaning because the pain was so bad and she did not let up. When she did the polishing part, she passed it over some teeth but not all of them. The cleaning lasted maybe 3 minutes including me rinsing my mouth. She only used the waterpik thing which didn't even clean my teeth right. I get home and looked at my teeth.....still plaque build up behind my teeth, my gums were bleeding and inflamed. Zibak was not gentle at all and I am NEVER going back to her. I saw another review that said the same thing, and honestly don't know how she is still practicing. And also, her teeth were not even in good condition. How are you a dentist and your teeth look worse than mine? That should've been the first red flag. Anyone going here for dental work should avoid Zibak.
