Not having a available appointment for someone seeking mental health treatment for at least a month is ridiculous no wonder so many crazies walkin around nyc
Person that tested me was fine but if I didn’t come back another time I would have never gotten my results, I’m so confused how I asked about 10 people in that building where would my results be going to (like an app or a website) and no one answered they just responded to like ANYTHING else I did sayðŸ˜ðŸ˜ the guy that tested me said I’ll get a text about my results and I still haven’t. They don’t even have the time that I got their documented when I called they said they have no history of me being there meanwhile they have my urine sample and blood sample like huh. I still don’t know where to find my results and only have two papers of the results that I can’t just bring around everywhere I go to use them. I won’t be going back it’s like I have everyone a hard time and I should’ve been more unapologetic because now I don’t have everything I need. So if you’re no persistent and you’re a pretty bubbly person they just kinda want you out the door. No hate to the workers but that is a health building it’s not a school everyone should know eachother, a front desk worker literally told me he DIDNT know the person that tested me which was weird too.
They gave me a runaround, told me to come in and get there before 3:00, which I did, but nobody to see me. At least they could have told me not to come in that day, and I walk with the cane and I'm 61 years old. Really burned me up, I don't know why they would give people with medical conditions and health problems a hard time, exactly what they don't need! The staff seems very lazy, and unprofessional, I guess they want to see how much they can get away with, and still get paid, you know? Anyone thinking of going there, think twice, and good luck!
Quality healthcare and caring community. A place to make good on second chances. I know folx who've turned their lives around with support from the team here. They put their values into practice. Welcoming, bright space and new facillity. Staff are as diverse as the patients and neighborhood they serve. One stop shop for medical, behavioral health, care coordination, pharmacy and more. Front desk staff hold it down with patience and grace. Flexible and accomodating for walk-ins (within reason) on days life sends a curveball. It's helpful to ask staff for information on how to make the most of the services provided. Once you know how to navigate the care it's a smooth process to get your needs met. Much gratitude and respect to the team - thank you!
It's been 3 months since I've been prescribed medicine. I've called seven times now have informed the staff of this issue and still cannot get my medicine sent to the pharmacy. Malpractice lawsuit is looming in the foreseeable future.
