I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment with my PCP at 3:50 today. I joined and I was on call for about 20 minutes. I received a call from a representative and she informed me that the doctor stated that he will not be able to meet with me via telehealth because I have not met with him over 3 months. I should have received notification of this days prior to the appointment so that I can plan accordingly. The lack of professionalism and consideration to the patient’s time shows you how much they value a patient. If you are considering this clinic, please move along to another place.
Went there because my daughter was not feeling well and they would not take her unless I changed her pcp to them . Which I was not going to do because if your urgent care you should not have to switch your pcp just to be seen . There other urgent care of BMS on Dumont that is closing November 3 , 2025 is much better then them like they don't wanna do they job turn you away tell you to go to urgent care on Dumont see if they was still open to take you . If you want the community like this where u not gonna help you never gonna make it .
Dear BMS Clinic Team, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience at your clinic. I called earlier today around 1 PM to confirm your closing time and was informed by the receptionist that you would be closing at 5 PM, instead of the usual 7 PM. However, when I arrived at the clinic at 3 PM, I encountered a few issues. There was no one at the front desk initially, and when the staff member arrived, I was informed that there were no providers available for the day and that I would need to return the next morning. This situation was confusing and inconvenient, especially since I was not informed in advance about the unavailability of providers. Clear communication would have helped me avoid the trip and better plan my visit. I hope this feedback can help improve the coordination and communication at the clinic in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Kay. R
Horrible horrible horrible why did I request a medical form since August 27th for my daughter and its now September 25th and the form is still unavailable. This is beyond ridiculous. I wish Dr Mullings never moved here its the worse. I need to find a new pediatrician office.
Dr. Blake is great! He was extremely patient with me during my appointment and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Even the nurses drawing blood was kind and quick! I felt comfortable throughout my whole appointment and left feelings relieved and reassured by BMS staff. Thank you!
