Yrs ago this center was a great community resource. Nowadays, It took them 6 months for a real MD to review my x-rays 🤦‍♂️. "TERRIBLE"... I can't even get an appointment. let alone get someone on the line. One time they left me on hold for 70 mins, I hung up, and went to Bellevue. Bellevue has great medical service. New management is needed at BPMC 🤷‍♂️...

Very disappointing service - I called in November to make an appointment for a general teeth cleaning and they didn't have any appointments available until January 2nd. Then, today December 19th they call me and say they decided to close that day and asked if I wanted to rebook. They didn't have any open times available until January 29th. That's absolutely ridiculous, if you're cancelling someone's appointment then you need to do your absolute best to ensure they get in ASAP after that, not make them wait ANOTHER MONTH. Highly suggest going elsewhere where patients are valued.

They canceled my appointment but did not communicate with me at all, so I took off work and showed up early in the morning only to find that I couldn’t see a doctor. Super frustrating and unprofessional.

At this point, I’m not sure where to start, Dental staff is the worst thing out of this center. They always have dentist leaving, you can never get an appointment. They will reschedule as a huge inconvenience and don’t care at all about their patients. You’re better off finding another place.

I love this medical center. All of the staff are caring and willing to go the extra mile for your personal care. My family and I (husband and children) have been patients for a decade, and I've never had a problem that they couldn't accommodate. I'd give more stars if it were an option. The office is a full service center with dental, primary and pediatric care, gynocology, mental health, and substance abuse support. This office is moving to a larger location soon to include optometry and radiology! Might be one of the best in Brooklyn!
