Horrible experience Stood on the line from 6:30am to meet a wonderful friendly staff until you see the black dentist with a nasty attitude told me she wasn't fixing my tooth as a emergency walk in.... WHAT so before you stand in line your at the mercy of attitude not everyone will be treated the same because she fixed the other woman's tooth go figure 1st in line for no reason.... I am going to 180th to try your other dentist and hopefully they will be professional!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone honestly for prenatal care…. They barely see you I’m 28 weeks and I’ve had one ultrasound i don’t even know if my child is growing properly they also refused to see my cousin for a prenatal visit till almost 2 months after she tried to register unfortunately she lost her baby and her fallopian tube… probably would of seen that coming if they seen u at appropriate times and maybe used one of the ultrasound machines they have available but act like isn’t there
This used to be a good clinic but unfortunately the women they have hired at their front desk, do a horrible job. I came in at 8:10 am seeking a walk in for dental but the woman with the black hair and glasses responded with such a nasty attitude. I highly suggest If you don't like your job then LEAVE!!! and also hire better people. The Walton location is much better!! save yourself the belittlement from this staff.
I’ve been bringing my children to this clinic for over 19 years, and I’ve never felt more disappointed. My son made an appointment back in March to be seen on August 26 — after waiting all those months, I received a call just one day before the appointment saying it was being rescheduled. When I called back to follow up, I was told his new appointment wouldn’t be until December. That means he’s now waiting nearly a year just to be seen by a doctor. This is completely unacceptable, especially for patients who have been loyal to the clinic for almost two decades. I understand that schedules change, but there has to be a better system in place to ensure timely care, especially for people including children who need regular medical attention. I truly hope the clinic takes this seriously and improves their scheduling process — because families deserve better.
Service is horrible. You can ask a question and their tone of voice is so obnoxious. I had a question about a TB Scan and if they can view my records. This was something important and needed for college. I just wanted a quick verification so if I did, I can ask for a print out copy to send out to them, but she just started yelling on the phone without letting me speak. I automatically hung up, I don't even know what doctor or nurse she was. Some people just really hate doing there job. There job is to help; screaming at customers, especially who are soft spoken, is so rude and uncalled for. Imagine if elderly people need help with any records of their own-they're being yelled at rude people just for simply asking a question.
