The receptionist Maria at Acacia is rude and discriminatory. She refuses to help certain clients and leaves them waiting for hours. Avoid this clinic until they replace her—no patient should be treated this way. Def would give this place zero stars if i could

provider canceled an appointment day of (which i waited 2 weeks for) because of an emergency on their end. i understand that people have emergencies but they rescheduled my appointment for TWO WEEKS LATER. so essentially i have to wait a month to receive care. i told them i urgently needed to see someone, but it didn’t phase them and they did not respond to me about an earlier appointment. will never be coming here.

I went to the clinic with my daughter (for the second time!) to get the vaccines and on the day of the appointment, they said they were out of vaccines. I'm never going there again!!!! They didn't call me to let me know they didn't have vaccines. I hope they treat their clients better than that. My experience so far is awful 😞. Finally they send me to a different clinic and this time they are very helpful.

My son and I went for our TB test and physical recently, so far the receptionist was pleasant to us ,the doctor was also pleasant , we have to pick up the forms next week to give to our social worker, As of May 2024 I had to register again for an update for my pills, I have to see them on May 23,2024 so unfair! They take forever just to refill?? I have high blood pressure, cholesterol etc!! The amount they give is too small ,(30 each) I have to take my pills everyday!!!
