My son is disabled and non verbal . This center’s dentistry takes beautiful, compass care of him. From the front desk , to the dental staff and Dr Soberano, I would give 10 stars

I've been going to this clinic for over ten years, after years of complaining about my vision I was told I had fatty liver and sent for X-rays to be told everything looked great even my gal bladder which I had removed years prior,,,I found out unbelievable when I told the doctor this weren't my results and she said are you sure after years of being misdiagnose I finally got a doctor that would listen I ended up being so diagnosed with a brain tumor,,,,, I still went there,,,,,today I had an appt for GYN , my appt was at 9am at 11:06 am I asked why an I still waiting I had the first appt of the day,,,, I was told 3 other people in front of me which made no sense I wasn't a walk-in the reception area told me the doctor like to talk and they joked about the doctor taking breaks in between this is completely unacceptable, , this place is the worst there is a lack of considerationn , organization and professionalism,

Severely unprofessional. They never answer the phone. Randomly canceling. You can’t make another appointment until the following year.

This place is terrible. There is no service provided at the reception. The dentist is good at referring you to another doctor to extract your tooth. There are no other solutions or to fill it. Then the pain comes back. I do not advise anyone to visit it. If there was a rating less than one star, I would have given it to them.

Every visit to the dentist is a nightmare in this location, the older gentleman dentist never seems to have a second opinion on helping you conserve your teeth. His only solution is to have your teeth pull out, he sends you to doctor Ezra located on Mott Ave. Is almost like a scam to milk the insurance out money only too loose you teeth. They give you an Xray look it then points out things that a patient wouldn't know, to determine that the only solution is to pull you tooth out. This place needs to hire a bit more professional dentist with a lot of compassion.
