There is no way to get someone on the phone if you have an urgent question or follow up. Expect 30+ min hold times just to leave a voicemail that wont be answered. I am finally transferring doctors because of the poor service here and I can not even get them to release my medical records.
Really disappointed, trying to talk to someone on the phone is incredibly difficult. Getting sent from one person to the other, they don’t even let you know they are transferring you they just ask a question or two if you do manage to get ahold of someone and they pass you along to someone else who can’t assist you and continues to forward you along or to a voicemail that you hear back from. Really sad. My wife 37 weeks pregnant and doesn’t deserve to be mistreated like this. Step up the customer service will you guys?
Been going here since 2017 and was told I had a heart murmur, and was scheduled for echo cardiogram with heart institute. I thought I needed a sleep study reasons for being in the suboxone program and been on it for 9 years. I believe its compromised my immune system, weakened it and I have many side effects, and more medication gets added for it. Since I've been at Santa fe, LA familia doctors come and go in last five years, been through 5 so my care gets dismissed and feels like very scary all I want is to wing off soboxone..They don't care that I know my body and when I'm off soboxone everything clears up all side effects have eleviated. have to be my own advocate on a lot of very serious issues happening to my body. Finally moving to where the best doctors are at UNM hospital. Happy to go back to my hometown and receive the best medical care. I have submitted complaints on my care, and how I'm treated as a human being with different staff. I do have Carmen Salazar as my last care provider but you can tell how I've been judged and all I pretty much want is for no one to ever get dismissed on serious issue's, especially when it comes to believing and trusting the doctors who have the knowledge but hold back because they know they can with certain people. So sad.
Dr. Tyson I'm going to miss you. You have been one of the best doctors ever. I wish I could keep you there. This place is really going to lose letting you leave. Your worth your weight in gold. Hope to see you out and about and best wishes in your future. God bless
