And as always, the service never improves. I waited in the room for more than an hour and 20 minutes, and even then I had to leave; I couldn't wait any longer for the doctor. If anyone has suggestions for a pediatrician, please let me know. Thank you.
Friendly staff, Doctor's and Nurse Practitioner's are efficient and take time to care and diagnose and prescribe proper medications. The only thing that needs improvement is the long wait in the lobby and in the examination rooms to see the physician
We came in for a shot appointment. The nurse put us down for a physical instead which is the wrong appointment subject. Then tried to scam us by saying we would have to pay 800$ for MANDATORY vaccines.
I scheduled an optometry appointment for my son and myself a few days later. in Portales. When i arrived for the appointment in Portales I was told that there was no optometrist and my son was scheduled for a child wellness checkup in Clovis instead. This information was not provided when I scheduled the appointment and a total waste of my time. They said they would provide a referral for my son, but i needed to be seen for a general wellness appointment to get a referal to see an optometrist as well. This is why healthcare costs aee out of control, and this business is fraudulent and scheduling unneeded appointments.Avoid this business at all costs and you will be happy that you did.
I went in to La Casa because I believed that I had an infection. When I went in I told the MA the exact prescriptions I was taking, who then proceeded to tell the nurse I had no idea what I was talking about and that I was not sure if I was there for what kind of testing I wanted, or what prescriptions I was taking. They told me it would take 3-4 days to get results back and it took them an entire week. They then said they thought there might have been an infection, but they sounded unsure of themselves. They wanted me to come back in to make an appointment for a prescription, even though the nurse gave me one at the first appointment. They do not believe what they're patients tell them, they do not give accurate time estimates, they lack the ability to give finality in their "results", and there is disconnect between what their employees tell patients. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a medical office, and I will not be going back.
