They need advocacy abilities along with what they do. Granted they do do A LOT, I'm not trying to take away from their help but it's needed desperately! A shout out to all that have helped me along the way! I appreciate you all!
Thank you Olga for the information/pamphlets, I'm hoping to educate myself more in order to assist those in need.
I've been going to Amador Health since moving to Las Cruces in 2022. I receive all my healthcare needs from them, and I'm completely satisfied. The staff here is wonderful, too.
Provider Fatima is awesome but the business end is ridiculous. I went in for a follow up appointment and was told: "We have a new system so we'll need your ID and insurance plus you need to complete a new patient packet" They were the ones that wanted to see me (and it was to be my exit visit) so I declined their instructions and walked out. Whomever choose a new system that could not import the current data needs to be handed a pink slip. To burden patients like this so you could what, save a few dollars?
Love all the staff there. Wait times are low and Fatima does a great job with all my medical needs. Feel like I am being heard as an individual and can feel confident in coming back for next couple years!
