Recently we were returning from a vacation in Arizona. I began having some discomfort in my chest and thought I may be having a heart attack. We were traveling through Hatch, NM, and my wife insisted that we try to find a hospital so I could be examined. The local city offices directed us to the Ben Archer Health Care Center. I was seen very quickly by Dr. Miller who was able to diagnose what my problem was. I was impressed with his care as well as the nurses and staff at this facility. I made it home safely. I know that it is cheaper to hire an MA, but you really need nurses for triage! Sometimes when I talk to them, I get a quizzical look. Last time, they made a mistake & sent blood to lab for platlet count instead of CBC. It made a big difference because my husband needed blood. P.S. I'm not looking for a job!
