For the past three yrs , the nurses ,lab and staff are pushing unnecessary testing ,when your clearly not interested, saying no just gets you again the same questions ,but you can't be seen without being pressured.

They have what they need to be able to do test without sending you out for them

They don't answer the phone! I've found them to have a habit of bringing their politics to the clinic which is quite uncomfortable for the patient. I've tried to arrange telehealth to avoid going to the clinic where people with Covid go & am always told I need to be seen in person. Even just for refills.
