First I have to say this is the first time I go to a doctors office and they are extremely attentive caring and sensitive to my concerns. Friendly from the receptionist to the top medical staff. Makes such a great difference in care and I love it here. Thanks to everyone.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For over 7 years, I’ve received exceptional care at Henry J. Austin Health Center in Trenton, NJ, thanks to Jay Ortiz and Irma. (The 5 stars are for them NOT the Center). They’ve been my lifeline through tough times, providing compassionate, top-tier support with a personal touch that makes all the difference. They make healthcare feel approachable and caring. It’s disappointing to hear they haven’t been recognized for their incredible work. This center is fortunate to have them, and I’m so grateful for their dedication! Recommend for anyone seeking warm, patient-centered care.
They need a huge restructure here! They didn’t properly schedule me for a telemedicine appt which led me to reschedule to a week later (today). The doctor literally didn’t show up to the call. They are still forcing me to see this doctor. They claim they’ll call back to reschedule. They won’t.
If I could give negative stars I would for Dr. Tessanela Hill. I booked an appointment for my special needs son in February and the day of the appointment received a voicemail that her office overbooked and needed to reschedule his appointment. I then rescheduled his for today, March 22 at 9:15 and just as I am leaving my home, I receive a voicemail stating that the doctor will not be in the office and wants to do a virtual visit. I called the office and asked them how they could they perform a physical virtually and their response was, they we would have the virtual appointment today and schedule another appointment at a later date. This is completely unexpectable. One the total disregard of her patience and their time is shocking. How disrespectful to call a patient 15 minutes before their appointment to make a change without giving them an option, when I sure if the tables were turned I would have been charged a late or missed appointment fee for something like this. Then the audacity to say "well you can come back at another time." There should be a standard that first patients are seen in the doctors office not virtually. I have made another appointment for my son with a different provider. I hope there will be a better outcome.
