Dr Karl russell brown was a good pediatrician to me and my siblings.
Came to the hospital to make an appointment, but they didn't help me. They just gave me a phone number to call. I kept calling several times, and it took a long time for someone to finally answer. Sehr poor service. They really need to fix this and improve how they treat patients.
CLOSE THIS PLACE NOW. GOOD LUCK EVEN GETTING THEM ON THE PHONE. This place is ridiculous, first off the old security lady needs to be fired asap. She is a bully and always in people business. She even tried to look at my bloodwork papers smh. I can never get the pediatrics or dentist office on the phone to schedule an appointment. I don't even want to come there in person to try to set an appointment.
Don’t go here please! Doctor Abagil and the staff there don’t care about their patients. Everyone there is unprofessional and careless. I paid $200 to get an uterus ultrasound to review with doctor Abagail and she kept rescheduling my appointments. They will call me a few minutes before to cancel my appointments while I had to request time off from work. They don’t care at all. I waited 1 hour to see the doctor and to tell me they never received my ultrasound results. They don’t even know why you going in for. This place is so unprofessional please stay away.
I used to love coming to this place because Dr. Stephenson is one of the best dentists I’ve had. Mind you, it is already a hassle getting an appointment at this place because they are always booked for months. I needed a filling done. I had it scheduled but about an hour before my appointment they cancel it. I called to make another appointment which was a week later. The day comes and same thing, they cancel again and tell me they will call me back. I waited and waited - NOTHING! I called but no answers then a month later, after being in so much pain I called them and complained and was able to get a nice lady (Maria Guzman) from a different department schedule me for an appointment TWO weeks later. I am here today for my appointment (2:00pm) and they tell me to go to the charity care department to get registered! Registered for what exactly! I’ve been coming here for some time now. My information/benefits have not changed. At one of my previous appointments, I already had to wait more than 3 hours because they didn’t receive their shipment. I get registered almost an hour later. They tell me to sit and put the bib on me to then tell me that my schedule dentist is in a meeting! At this point, this is straight up disrespectful. People have things to do. I believe I was patient enough and gave this place enough chances.
