The Doctors are great, the manager who over saw the billing and scheduling who was in the office yesterday 11/22 has no business dealing with people. What a horrible, horrible, horrible choice the director of this facility made when they hired her. She demanded payment in full before services were rendered ( not talking about arbitration copay, she told me I needed to pay up front and in full for imaging to be done in the future or they wouldn't do it. She even took my insurance information out of St lukes system and marked me as self pay without my consent knowing full well I had insurance. I had to drive to another facility in St lukes just to get my insurance added back in so it didn't set of a slew of bills from all the other services St lukes that were in process. If this office manager was the best they had, patient beware.
I don't know how I could possibly have a worse experience with a clinic. Literally all I needed from here was to be able to see a doctor who could fill my prescription until I could see a neurologist whose soonest appointment wasn't until many months later, and I've had so many problems just accomplishing that simple task. I found out that not all of their doctors take the same insurance, and you never know which doctor will be signing the paperwork, so I got a surprise bill after the fact despite going to someone in my network. Then what's supposedly a 3 day limit to get a prescription filled, I wait a week later and after numerous phone calls to try and get through to someone because they obviously ignored the messages left, and I'm trying to find out wth is happening with this request. They've ignored it!! Because the resident who saw me didn't know what the medication was for!! And no one bothered to call and ask or tell me there was a problem?? This entire process was a complete waste of time and money for me, this is the WORST clinic I have EVER been to.
I have to say this was the first time coming to this hospital bringing my grandmother and everyone was very nice, but the person who stood out to me the most was the resident Dr. Denver. My grandmother is one tough patient I should say and he handled her very well with a lot of empathy and patience. He went through the whole nine yards explaining her bloodwork, medications, and other problems from top to bottom. Again I want to say thank you Dr. and I hope he will see this review :)
Saw Dr Delmonico today. Gotta say the office staff and everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and always asked how they could assist me today with my visit. I’ve been a patient of Dr. D for 25 yrs. Great dr. Very thorough and always is concerned for his patients. Treats you like family. Upon check in and out I was greeted by 2 smiling faces. Especially Morgan wicks who couldn’t be more friendly towards myself. Greeted with a huge smile that just topped off a great appointment. They really treated the patient with total care and respect. Thank you to all
The front desk staff is beyond amazing. They are very kind and caring. Once you walk in they acknowledge your presence in the building. Example if they are with a patient they will let you know Time wise on when they can assist you. The wait time just to get to the back is not long at all. I’ve never had a long wait the longest I’ve waited to get seen by a triage nurse is 10 minutes. The wait time to see a doctor is approximately 15 minutes it is normal depending how high of a patient volume there is. Just because what you see in a waiting room doesn’t speak for the back rooms we can’t go asking about other patients along with space. My advise is if you can’t take the time out of your day just to have some patience then see a new doctor because the front end staff is beyond amazing, they communicate to the extent as followed by the Policy of St Luke’s themselves.
