The staff is very good to me ,and caring doctors who make you feel comfortable, especially if you have not been to the doctor in a long time.
No one picks up a phone there or answers a message I asked my pharmacist to call...after 8 calls was told they didn't get back to him Terrible office staff!@@
You're supposed to make an appointment, but it seems like it doesn't matter; if your appointment is at 4, they'll see you at 5. Very poor service.
I have mixed feelings about going here, at first it was going well especially with how helpful Ms.James is. She was very sweet, understanding and helpful when it came to accessing resources. Unfortunately, a lot of the people I liked left the job, and doula service were cut right at the beginning of my pregnancy. I wasn’t too happy about the fact that I told the doctor my concerns during my pregnancy, and was brushed off when I told her what I suspected might be the cause to my condition while pregnant. Please listen to patients when they raise concerns, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and had many other health problems which resulted in me giving birth at 27 weeks.
