Dr.Renuka Maringanti , DDS IS AN AWESOME DENTIST . If you looking for a dentist and your local community this is an awesome dentist to request she's friendly she's professional she's very detailed oriented and what she does and what she's going to do she loves her job it shows and her work. Went in to pick up my medical records. I received a call the day before from a "Nurse". She said Dr. Sewell, "signed off" on my records. I got there & it was not my medical records. My Last Will & Power of Attorney were at the front desk & given to me. If I signed a Medical Records Release, two weeks ago, why weren't all of my Medical Records ready? Then; I had to wait after the rude, unprofessional & uptight female behind the desk made a call to the person in Medical Records 🙄. Like why weren't my Medical Records ready? What's with the confusion & delay Southern Jersey Family Medical Center? Had to make numerous calls about a weight loss medication 💊 😕 and never got a second prior authorization, the workers who answer phones are usually uptight and/ or borderline rude & quite frankly; no one wants to do their job over there @ SJFMC in Burlington. I was made to wait for my Doctor to come into the room to see me & evaluate me at almost every appointment! Usually I had to wait for him for longer than 30 minutes. He never ever called me with test results, he never inboxed me on the health portal. I was a patient of Dr. Sewell's for OVER 15 years. I kept overlooking all the discrepancies & undesireable interactions with some staff but I had my fill & decided to move on. No more Dr. Sewell & bye bye Southern Jersey Family Medical Center. No more ghettofabulous. Not Recommended!
Service is terrible! I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for both my appointments. The second time I walked out without seeing the nurse practitioner. They have no respect or consideration for their patient’s time, not even to give any updates of delays. You just sit in the patient room and wait. Very poor and a completely unacceptable way to treat people!
Dr. Marwa Eltiwal is truly exceptional. I had a high-risk twin pregnancy, and from the very beginning she guided me with such care, clarity, and confidence. Her medical guidance was perfect, and because of her support, I was blessed with healthy babies. Beyond being an outstanding OB-GYN, she is a wonderful human being. Every visit felt comforting—like talking to a friend or family member—because of the warmth, reassurance, and compassion she provides. I highly recommend all ladies to see Dr. Marwa she is simply awesome. I will never, ever forget her in my life for everything she has done for me and my babies.
In a time where our healthcare professionals are stressed and with the inundation of COVID through border control. Many are walking if not running from the industry.Do you know what the number one reason appears to be to me The disrespect from the industry that puts the mighty dollar first, patients demanding attention and unable to realize the strain on an already thin pool of professionals that join their ranks. What was once rewarding no longer is. But you won't receive stressed care in the Burlington New Jersey facility. My physician is thorough at each visit and my care, yes friend, care. By my 3rd visit I was shaking his hand, and told him that I was glad to know him as my physician. This is very important between a health care professional and patient, don't you think? So sure, sometimes I wait, but never rushed. That's because my health is important to my physician and his friendly staff, though I've seen that look, and completely understand it. Next your in front of one of them, tell them how cool 😎 they are. How great that they look. You never hear anyone talk about how busy they are and they get the job done all Ace's.
