Everyone from guard to Dr's. are fantastic!!! Very understanding and compassionate!
The clinic has come along way in these years caring for their clients. Extremely better with time. Seeing the same Dr. Every visit. And whatever concerns you may have about your health. Thank you 😊
This place is very good. Adam is my care provider. He is very calm, friendly and knowledgeable. He had access to virtually all of my medical records from other facilities, so it's so much easier for the patient and care provider.. I can be treated by a professional that has all my data . Adam is also someone that will address multiple issues. A lot of places will only see you for for 1 issue.
This is the 2nd time I've had to wait 2 hours to see the doctor. The Receptionist staff are either overbooking or the doctor's are lacking time management skills. It's ashame, because I very much liked both Mina and now Danielle. I just don't think it's appropriate or professional to make the patients wait so long. Perhaps I'll take my business elsewhere 😪
A person in the financial department started off kind and very helpful in person. However, after waiting weeks and not getting a response, I attempted to call. When I finally got through I was met with an unprofessional attitude and she was very unwilling to help. I was also hung up on before I could ask anh other questions. At the time I assumed she probably had to deal with a lot so I didn't want to think much off it. More time passes and I get a letter in the mail on Saturday (9/7/2024) telling me I have to send information and enclose it into the letter (there is nothing to enclose it into so I decided to fax the information today) within 5 days or my file would be closed. I want to add that we had provided all information necessary that she told us to fill out and bring when we went in person and had spoken to her. I got a call today but I unfortunately missed it and there was no voice mail. I attempted to call to see if it was possibly the financial department of the dental section and the call was answered very rudely. I tried to explain the situation but she was once again very unhelpful and didn't even try to offer any help. She also hung up once again. It's very disappointing and this place of business should know and do better, especially when helping low income or unemployed people. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Edit: Everyone else we had spoken to was very kind and helpful, even on the phone. Although it is very difficult to get through or have a phone call be answered.
