They have some good people working there. I've been very impressed with doctors, nurses, and other individuals. However, the system is exceptionally stupid. For example, their online patient portal lets you post a message with a question. However, no one will read it! If you call, talk to a human, and tell them about the message, _then_ that person can redirect it to a queue that will actually be read. Speaking of calling, sometimes the wait is long and they will ask you to leave a voicemail to get a call back. And you will get a call back. But that person will not have heard your voicemail. (They told me they were incapable of hearing the message I left.) So that's a second system which encourages you to use communication that no one will receive. Not only is this annoying to patients, it's extra work for the staff. Absolutely stupid.
I'm here for an Adult medical appointment and waited 2 hours past my appointment. All I see are pediatric patients!!! Tons of screaming!!! Why aren't they separate? Why do I have to hear Two Hours of crying babies??? I'm reporting this place!!!! Lots of good that'll do huh???!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SMFH
I really didn't like the service I got from this office the staff is very very rude and nasty attitude unprofessional I will come back here anymore and always always crowded and I really missed Doctor Jay wortzel so very much and these other providers has very bad attitudes with themselves and I will return back to the brick office
If you have a tremendous amount of time to wait on the phone to make an appointment that's what will happen. When you get to the office you will sit a very long time to be seen. They are fully aware of this problem and have no intentions of correcting it cuz they do not care about the patient their main concern is having meetings and generating money. From what I understand they're very good in running local government but very awful I'm running a medical business. Most people that work for this company are rude and they don't understand why patients don't want to go there any longer. Whoever is running this operation should resign. They're not worthy of a paycheck. If you want better treatment go to your local veterinary office I'm sure you'll be treated like a valued customer and person.
My child had an appointment today to get medical clearance for sports. It took time to get an appointment and they then had to reschedule the time due to the doctor leaving early. I accepted an earlier appointment which I had to send my sister to take my child to her appointment that could not be missed and Dr. FRITZI TANNER refused to sign the form as she failed my child's eye exam. My child is 5 y/o and she gave her an exam with letters. When told that my daughter does not quite know all of her letter yet the doctor said well she should know her letters. The doctor was unethical, rude, and insulting. I tried speaking with them over the phone and was told they cant speak with me and after the visit the told my sister they did not know she was not the parent (After the visit was completed). Then when you try to call the practice to make the report you have to wait in line until someone decides to answer the phone. I requested a call back as I was #3 in line and a hour later it's still no call back. I've called several times and still can not get in contact with anyone. My 3 children will no longer be patients of this practice and I will be escalating this matter.
