Just in now I am so disappointed that I don’t even have a yet appointment at women’s health department but the front desk who answered my call is very rude and disrespectful, and she hung up the call just now.. this clinic was recommended my friend of mine I will never recommend this clinic to anyone!! I am glad that I did not do the appointment here could be the worst in person!!
I arrived early for my appointment and after more than 2 HOURS I still had not seen my doctor. Staff are rude, service is inefficient, and they sent the wrong prescriptions to the pharmacy. The pharmacist attempted to reach the doctor’s office multiple times, as did I and nobody picks up the phone or replies. When they finally answered they denied that they sent wrong and incomplete prescription information and never resolved it. I have gone weeks without my medicine because of them. DO NOT choose this doctor office for anything, not even labs.
Took a long time to be seen by the Dr. in the Pediatricians department. I keep calling the office and they keep hanging up the phones. Once I get someone on the phone they are quick to hang up the phone without answering your concerns. The app is not working at all! No sense of urgency and the excuse is ( it’s a community clinic) even more of a reason to take care of your community with care, empathy and kindness. All I saw was laziness and chaos no sense of urgency or compassion. I pray action takes place fast.
We visited the hospital as a walk-in after my father suddenly experienced heart discomfort, and we were promptly received and well taken care of. Dr. Kuldeep Kaur was truly exceptional—patient, attentive, compassionate, and highly professional. We were very impressed and deeply grateful for her care. After starting the prescription she provided, my father showed clear improvement. Even beyond the medication, we benefited far more from her visit than we had expected. By the way, my father is visiting from Asia and only has international travel insurance, not U.S. insurance. Despite this, Garfield Healthcare handled everything with great professionalism and efficiency. In addition to Dr. Kaur, the front desk, registration staff, and pharmacy team were all excellent. If the cardiologist appointments for the coming week were not already fully booked, we would absolutely return here for a cardiology follow-up.
Maryam from pediatrics is great. Our check in was smooth and she was such a sweetheart. Other employees were rude and I can tell they don’t want to be there. But she handled every patient that came to her with a smile and good energy. Give her a raise !!
