I have been a patient at Alliance Community Healthcare for almost 2 years. The doctors, nurses, lab and other staff have been very patient and helpful. As a 75 year old woman who moved recently moved to the USA, I had a long and complicated medical history. This healthcare center has helped me settle in and establish care for all the different specialties and services I needed. I am very grateful to the staff at this facility for taking such good care of me. Lalita

Pain

They deal with a lot of angry customers. But also maybe they deserve it. They cancelled appointment many months ago without emailing me. They claim to have called twice, but I don’t have record of it. Hopefully someday they improve. Only would go here for the convenience/location. Update 2/9/26: it’s been over an hour past the rescheduled appointment. I will definitely be going somewhere else.

If this place receives more than a one star review they are either lying or getting paid to post good reviews. This is the WORST doctor’s office that has ever existed. This place is extremely unprofessional! Specially the people who work the front they have no idea how to do their job. If you ever try calling them, I promise you they will NEVER pick up your call. If you show up to their office they will make you wait hours. The Dominican lady who works the front who looks unprofessional is the worst one yet. I hope these reviews help this company to either shut it down or turn over the entire front staff! I’ll be sure to post them on social media too. I waited for over an hour for them to tell me my daughters insurance was terminated and when I was given options, I was willing to provide the necessary information but the response was “well the doctor is leaving in 10mins” so the Dominican lady told me that as a parent I should’ve known this because I stated they wasted my time. Well maybe she should be trained on how to provide better customer service or she can just quit. This place needs to do better and I hope people avoid this place at all costs.

First time here and made an appointment with Dr. Padma. She is excellent, heard my concerns right and gave me suitable recommendations. Entire team deserves applause . Their customer service is great, friendly and kind. They have the lab unit in the same clinic so you get seen and do blood work without making any extra trips. Highly recommend and def making appointments for my entire family to be seen by them.
