I had a 9:00 AM appointment and was told to arrive 20 minutes early, which I did. I checked in at 8:45 AM and was placed into an exam room before 9:00. After that, I was completely ignored. I sat alone in the room until 9:50 AM with no update, no explanation, and no one checking in on me. While waiting, I could hear nurses laughing and joking around right outside the exam room, which made the situation even more unprofessional and frustrating. At that point, I walked out because my time clearly was not being respected. Then, at 10:15 AM, I received a call asking if I was still in the clinic — showing a complete lack of organization. When I said that they don’t respect people’s time, the person on the phone simply said “ok, goodbye” and hung up. This is extremely unprofessional behavior from both clinical and administrative staff. If you expect patients to arrive early, the least you can do is acknowledge delays and communicate. I will never return and do not recommend this medical center to anyone who values their time.
Zufall Management urgently needs to retrain their staff on proper telephone etiquette, as their current manner of answering calls is consistently rude, dismissive, and lacking in basic courtesy.
A special THANK YOU to Carolina Arencibia NRC(covering for Brianne Parker)...she was so kind, caring and attentive to the needs of my mother-in-law. Thank you for your efficiency in filling out the forms we had and attaching the other needed information. She called to let me know the papers were ready...so appreciated. The pick-up was easy too, as the papers were at the main check-in desk.🙂
I'm very disappointed with my experience here. As someone who works in the medical field, I expected a much higher level of professionalism. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter back in June for August, as they were fully booked for new patients. I completed all the necessary paperwork electronically **twice** before our appointment. However, when we arrived, we were turned away because the appointment had been rescheduled, and no one had notified me of this change. I showed the staff my original appointment confirmation and explained that I had not been informed of any changes ahead of time. Despite receiving multiple text reminders to fill out forms and provide proof of income? No one took the time to call a new patient to communicate the updated appointment details. To make matters worse, the front desk staff fabricated additional reasons to avoid seeing my daughter, claiming she didn't have insurance, even though I had provided all the required information over the phone back in June. The entire experience was very disorganized and unprofessional.
Just moved to the area, first time at Zufall. Todays appointment was booked 2 month's ago, I was nervous but everyone was nice. Daniela checked me in and went over all the initial questions and tests. She was fantastic. She was extremely friendly and super helpful. She made me feel comfortable and was genuinely happy to help. Dr. Palla was very friendly and also very helpful. She assured me they had their best interest in getting me the help that I needed. Great overall experience a Zufall.
