Osborne has changed completely they are not prioritizing patients or communicating appointments etc. I am currently 21 weeks pregnant and have not yet seen the development of my fetus. I transferred my maternal care to cooper,Best decision ever!

I swear clinics suck arrived 755 even though my 14 and almost 15 year old doctor appointment at 930 or 945 to only still sit but call everyone else this is ridiculous my doctor don't make me and my oldest wait this long, it should be whoever arrives first to check in they backwards.

I have been coming to Osborn for about 25 years and have always been treated with respect and dignity . Starting with charity care to Gyn and family practice. They have always been very helpful in treating my health issues from receptionist to technician s and doctors.Never had a issue with anyone.. I was there on 7/25/25 for a follow up with Nicole Hill and she did everything she could to address my health issues I was satisfied with everything when I left so (a very loud shout out to to Nicole). And one more thing , when I was getting my referrals the receptionist asked if I understood everything that the APN told me and I said yes,that right there showed me that they are doing a good job so a shout out to her to. You have to give respect to earn respect.

I have been coming here since I was in pediatrics and this place has been the same for decades!!! All departments are a mess. But speaking specifically OBGYN, the receptionists are so unprofessional and rude. The medical professionals lack compassion and don’t even remember your identifying information. There’s no consistency in care and that is unacceptable. You will not be listened to or cared for in an appropriate manner. I am disgusted that after so many years, they still can’t get it together. I am currently looking into a different doctor’s office and would highly NOT recommend this place. My pregnancy experience was absolutely horrible, they do not care about your wants/needs, and you will be seen as a number! DO NOT GO HERE!
