Complete Care may have nice people, but their policies are meant to do one thing only - extract as much money from the patient as possible. Your doctor will prescribe you a medication you've been taking for years, only to have that same doctor deny the prescription when you try to get it from your pharmacy stating that now they need another appointment with you before they can approve the refill. And this is without the number of refills that were initially prescribed being filled yet! You will need your dr to re-send a blood test script - nope! You'll need to make another unnecessary appointment to simply waste your time and money when there's nothing to discuss without the results of the blood test, to get the prescription for the blood test so you can now go get the blood test and set up ANOTHER appointment to go over results. I liked my doctor, but I left because everything from setting up appointments to getting prescriptions was extremely unfair to the patient, designed by the corporation side of the company to extract as much funds from insurance companies and not worrying about the patient's side of the bill. None of it necessary or helpful to the patients health and well being - only helpful to the corporations pockets. Also... wait times are ridiculous. I'll get to my appointment early or on time (doesn't matter), and I'll wait for an hour to get taken back. Then for another 30 minutes to an hour to actually see the doctor and only get a max of 15 minutes with the doctor. If this was due to high volume I'd understand, but this is when there's only one other person in the waiting room with me and has happened consistently.
My wife made an appointment. Had trouble finding parking and was told she couldn't be seen because they only give patients a ten minute window for lateness which my wife was within but they insisted she wasn't. She also wasn't informed in advance about this 10 minute window.
Way too long of a wait in the waiting room hour and fifteen minutes wait! And other people who show up after get seen before me. All for a 10-15 min doctor visit and they didn't even have my blood work I had to show them off my phone.
My mom (Mattie Braxton and myself (Lorraine Braxton was there today,we enjoyed the Ednardo Sierra & Michelle Fortune, they were so kind , caring, patient, and very professional, they felt like good friends,we really enjoyed having them care for my mom, thank you Michelle and Ednardo,God Bless you both.
I had to wait about 20 minutes in the waiting room then after the nurse checked me in I waited another 35 minutes until the doctor came in and all she did was refer me to a urologist. And nothing else was done for my pain.
