I went to the main office to retrieve my health records . They were very helpful and fast. I was able to have them in my email super quick. I didn't care for the doctor I saw at the Oddie office. The main office was professional and helpful.
Great service, my carer Beth is one of the best! She heals me mentally as well as physically.
We were there a few days after a C-section for a few things for my wife. It was Fast and very kind and helpful staff!
This place is a meat market for patients desperate for medical care. The Community Health Alliance as they are now called is just as they were when they were HAWC. Although with HAWC even with the same staff treated their patents, well I can speak for everybody.. When I go there, its so in personal and rushed in and rushed out. I feel like i'm on an assembly line.. I need medication for my RLS and my last visit my Primary care provider was supposed to refill my prescription.. I will be there in the morning to beg for a refill, because I can not sleep with this neurological disorder where my feet will not stop moving.. This will be my last visit, I just need a couple of week worth of meds and I'll kindly go somewhere else.. This place was much better before they changed names..
The service we receive at The Neil road clinic is just horrible . the front desk is very rude and never want to help out. They are always gossiping.
