My name is Mustafa Tahiri and my wife's name is Fatiha Charkani . We chose this clinic several years ago and have been completely satisfied with the services we have received ever since, from the reception staff to the Wonderful doctors especially Dr Sara , as well as the kind and polite lady in charge of the lab. However, on Thursday, February 26, 2026, my wife and I arrived as usual and were surprised by the strange treatment we received from a receptionist. We were told her name was Ashley, that she wore glasses and had blonde hair. She was eccentric: she didn't respond to our greetings when we entered, and she acted condescendingly and disinterestedly when I spoke to her, which led to her making a mistake. The reason is simply that she wasn't interested. She was also impolite; every time I thanked her, she wouldn't respond and would turn her face away indifferently. I am very surprised that such a situation exists in such a wonderful and well-known clinic.
