I saw Cheryl Stoddard and I've never felt so disregarded by a health care "professional" before. She already decided I had nothing wrong with me before even speaking with or examining me. We also talked about a previous diagnosis a specialist has already treated and told me my injury couldn't have happened. I spent way too much money to not be taken seriously and instead I was just talked down to. Treating patients like this will cause them to not seek out care when they need it.

My husband went in for tests and checkup early this year. They found that one test wasn’t even done! So months later they sent a letter that he needed to get this done again. So he went in again got his blood drawn again for the test that someone didn’t do the first time. So he’s been waiting for it. No results after a few weeks now so he called them today and guess what?! The staff that answered said there wasn’t that test ordered and therefore no results again! He explained to the lady on the phone that he was sitting there When she ordered it and and they drew his blood couple weeks ago. So now he said, have the doctor call me because this is going on a year now that he’s not had the career he’s needed or the plan to solve this problem with his situation and that is neglect, medical neglect. How

I’ve been going here on and off for years. I called to get established again and was assigned to Rebecca Sparks. I just have to say that I have never felt so seen or heard especially on a first time meeting bases. Highly recommend her!

Ninja of the Sea

Started off great. They continue to lose paper work, personal information. I've only had an allergy medication for nose spray. With 11 refills left, more than 4 months left since my annual, they lost the information, so I have to book an appointment more than 3 months out, to renew the prescription. Doctors seem great, but this place is ran to delay everything. Also had my kids physical done here. Needed paperwork for the next sport and they had to put in a request that hasn't been full filled in over 3 weeks. I had to pay to get another physical somewhere else. Feeling pretty helpless knowing I spend so much time filling out documents that are lost to who knows where? Though I was told their not lost they just can't find them. Can not recommend this place.
