90% registration staff have horrendous attitudes, dont greet you so you dont know you have to check in at the front door, and their non-existent supervisor who refused to talk or put a "Check In Here" sign is no better. Watch them gang up on you when you ask what the guest wifi password is when youre trying to send providers notes, then insinuate you are a liar about having poor phone reception, and tell you sarcastically in a loud and annoying voice to have a nice day in front of other patients. Yes, this is the service I am getting from most of them on different days I check in. Rude, sarcastic, eyes rolling, Its sad seeing other patients coming in or going and most of registration cant be bothered to say "Hi, are you checking in for an appointment?" or... "Thanks for stopping in. Have a great day!" because theyre looking at stuff on their phones or computers theyre not supposed to be looking at or texting Shout out to Dental Reg and the first gal in the first reg room. Yall work hard and im sorry you have to pick up their slack. You keep Dental, BH, and and Clinic running. I dont see a point in the other desks as they are not helpful to anyone unless you are directed to them or go straight up to them yourself to demand information. YOU GALS ACTUALLY CALL OUT TO PATIENTS and go out of your way to help them.
The male dentist is wonderful with my kids and I really appreciate that! Also, the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They do have a long wait list, but they do what they can to get you in when you need to.
Been going here before it was this name.First appointment was in 2001...It's moved several times until settling here.. It's was the only place that I could even consider with no insurance...Help with samples or even free meds through the pharmacy companies... I'm old and poor so now have government insurance... Never considered changing.. Been though several health providers..some great..some I'd consider dying before seeing that one again..My last doctor left..he suggested another one..Best be ready for a fast appointment..got in a couple of hours after calling.. Before I got a hip replacement I relied on a friend to get be there also dressing my feet.. often needing more time to check with her before getting in so soon..I keep losing bits and bobs to skin cancer..Last appointment with my old doctor was to introduce me to the person that he recommended..of course it was skin cancer again.. certainly it's not going away magically.... popped in for some lab.. getting my flu shot here soon.. haven't really needed anything else so prefer to not go.. I've been fine with the new person...just can't complain..most importantly trust in whoever you seen takes time...I trusted my last doctor so I still trust his opinion
Horrible doctor Awful service, and today , nobody will answer the phone s Another out of town pharmacy has been trying to get returned calls and they can't get a answer either. I had a great Doctor untill he retired in January. Now I had 2 young doctors take his case load. Neither are worth the drive there. I am angry mid town has done me like this.
There is something about Dr. Vuchetich that is rare, unique & hard to find. I have moved from Norfolk to Omaha over four years ago and have tried a few different ones here, but it has made me realize there is nobody like her. My daughter had stomach/allergy issues, and I felt like I was doing everything wrong. She was so personable, made me feel like a wonderful mom, and made me realize, I was doing everything right. She also treats her patients like they are her own babies. I've had many conversations referring her to people. My best friend was having a really tough time with her last pediatrician. She tried her and called me with how impressed she was and it has made me debate driving two and a half hours just for that special care for my babes. ❣️
